Meet Jere

Jere Stille spent nearly three decades inside one of the most complex operating environments in the world, Boeing, where he held CFO and COO-level roles managing multi-billion dollar budgets, leading teams of 400 or more, and executing large-scale turnarounds across defense, commercial, and services businesses.

What that experience produced is a simple but hard-won conviction: most business performance problems are operational problems in disguise. Fix the structure, the processes, and the financial discipline, and growth follows.

Today Jere works with middle-market business owners and PE-backed leadership teams who need that kind of senior expertise applied to their business. Whether the goal is improving margins, scaling operations, or preparing for a growth equity event or exit, he works alongside leadership to diagnose what is actually holding the business back and build a practical path forward.

He has served on nonprofit boards, contributed to leadership development across multiple organizations, and currently serves as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Meeting Street Schools in Charleston, South Carolina.

Jere holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University, a BSBA in Finance from Chapman University, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
